Are which? Hard to say since I haven't read all. But here's few that really impressed me.
Identity Crisis This book would impress anyone. It's story, characters, villains, they all are superb. I have read it 4 times now and it's put me close to tears everytime.
Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot This one is simply great. If you have this as a book around, you got to read it. Sadly there aren't any good scans of it around the net. Add lot of contrast/saturation before reading. Read it 3 times, I think.
Captain Atom - Armageddon If you like superhero(?) fights, this one is for you. Captain Atom beats the crap out of Wildstorm universe! I find the story to be rather stupid, but characters are great. Especially Captain Atom. Be warned that this book is almost solely about superhero fighting. Though it also works as 101 for Wildstorm main characters. Read it about 2 and half times.

I've always been fond of The Badger -- mostly because it was different from the usual super hero comic, and took place in Madison, WI, a city with which I am familiar. I was living overseas when I found a copy of the first issue at a used bookstore, and that made it seem extra significant at the time. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Badger_%28comics%29

Watchmen surely and even V for vendetta, but for me midnight nation is a little masterpiece, the better job of J. Michael Straczynski.

Earth X series is one of my all time favorites, just an epic start to end, Sandman is also very very awesome.

Seconded (no pun intended - well perhaps a minute one ) I also am a huge fan of Niel Gaiman's Sandman, as well as any by Jhonen Vasquez, especially Johnny the Homicidal Maniac. Invader Zim is also great, even if not a comic - actually, there was a short four-page one.
