It's a definite keeper. When some translators in subs and scanlations change it to Mr. or Lord, it sometimes takes away from the meaning. I mean, the GB anime got away with it because they had a good grasp on the intonations of the names between the characters, but when you're reading, you want to read how the authors wanted it read by the audience. I think.

I think translations should be just like the original, but i dont know.. its like some times....well im not sure!

I've read/heard several translations where the impact of the way that a character addresses another one is lost due to the removal of honorifics and the lack of a proper way to translate some of them, so I support the use of honorifics.

Honorifics are a must-have addition. It's a major reason I prefer fan-subs and scanlations over the official commercial-releases.
