Too many to name. But one that I definitely have loved for years and have read every manhwa they've done would be Hwang Mi Ri. Don't know why, but I'm addicted.

Natsuki Takaya, for my is the best mangava ever. I really loved Fruits Basket. Currently I'm reading Hoshi wa Utau, and maybe she enjoys making suffer her characters, buy that is the interesting part LOL

I'd go with Seo Kouji, Kamijou Akimine, Yabuki Kentaro, Tonogai Yoshiki, Kawashita Mizuki and Yukimaru Moe, for artwork and story.

For Shojo, my favourite would be Usami Maki. Her plots are really sweet. As for shounen...it's really hard to choose. I'd probably go for Ohba Tsugumi and Obata Takeshi, creator of Hikaru no Go, Death Note and Bakuman. The art is just wonderful and the stories are always unique.
