Well, this is the first time i do this thing, and i don't know what to do, but if someone helped me would be great, so...  that's it. Can anyone tell me why i can't see the links for getbackers? I saw the anime and now i want to read the manga, so if you can help me i'll be thankfull.

Hello and welcome!  We're glad you are here and hope you'll not feel shy and continue asking for help if you need it!

Yes, it's true -- you need 15 posts, after which that part of the forum where the newer chapters are posted for download will become visible.  I assume that since you have more than 15 posts now, Weirdguy, you have found that section by now -- but if not, you should try logging out and then logging in again.  Sometimes it won't appear until after you do that.  Otherwise, it's automatic!
