My favourite quote is "the S in getbackers means neither of us are alone."

Ginji to Miroku when he tries to kill him: could you be mad that I ate your icecream? That's a good quote! Ginji is so sweet, he always is concerned that he might have done something to upset someone. Welcome to the forum, btw! It's nice to see a new face and read some new comments!

One of my favorites is when Ban tells Dokubachi, "Give me lessons? Do you know who you're talking to?" Ban is just too good. and also when Ginji tells Ban, "you shouldn't make him angry, akabane-san is really strong!" and then Ban replies, "who do you think you're talking to? I'm the great Ban Midou! you think I'd lose to that Caca-bane?"

If there aren't the both of them, there just isn't the GETBACKERS!

Ginji's quotes are hilarious, but one of my very favorites is one of Emishi's:
Emishi: "Makubex... I lost all the data on this game I've been playing for a week. I was on the last boss..." Makubex: "Sucks to be you."

Its only when people lose their precious things that they realize their true value... and once we got them back, their importance will again be forgotten. That's why living on with things lost is very meaningful but that's not something others can decide. the only thing we can do is lend our help for a while...no matter what the result is. - Mido Ban

I really like this one The sadness seen On a friend's back as he parts Reveals your nature like a reflection in a pond
~Semimaru Kanade
But I like this the most: This is easy:
"The S in Get Backers means neither of us is alone!"
Really, how can you not love that quote? It perfectly sums up what the GB represents; a bond that can conquer all hardships in the world.
There was a part I remember, when Ginji told Makubex that it didn't matter if he was "real" or not, they had bonds of friendship and trust. People usually say getbackers is about trust and love, but I guess they forgot it's also a little bit about jealousy (like Ginji's former gang members have towards Ban in the beginning), old grudges (like Himiko and Ban) and problems in trusting people. It's talks a little bit on overcoming those feelings, and learning how to live with people you were not used to. And one last thing: I think it has a good deal about business. They deal with some people that in one moment are their enemies, and on other mission are their allies. It concerns (IMO) on team work and putting aside differences. A lot of stuff, indeed...

What we imagine the most is which will most likely to come true.
The words might be different but the meaning is that. I think it's said by Akabane or Kurusu. I don't really remember.

I couldn't help but post this one. I'd rather put the whole picture (a little bit edited, but OK). The credits are all yours anyway, as it's your scans and translations.
But it's absolutely true IMO
Edit: Sorry for the big image, but it's for the sake of reading!!
