As for others... I would say the drug lord and his 2 Chinese bodyguards. You know, I didn't even realize the drug lord was a Chinese man until I read the manga. I WAS wondering to myself during the anime, "you know, 'Ryuu Mouen' doesn't sound like a Japanese name, and why are his bodyguards Chinese" and then I read the manga which properly transcribed it as Liu Mengyan and it all made sense to me!
