Let's solve this once and for all. Superman against Batman. Both have for some reason lost their morals and want to kill each other in anyway possible. Tell me, which one will win? 'cause I'm not sure. I will start.
Superman directs an asteroid with diameter of 5 km towards batcave. (Impact force would be around 10000000 megatons.)
Batman anticipates this and has invited Zatanna for a date. With one sentence Zatanna turns asteroid into 3 pounds of cheese. And then prepares a spell to turn Superman into an anvil.

This fight has been done multiple times in the comics now and batman almost always wins it. In recent years he even took out the entire justice league ones, not bad for a guy with no super powers.

Superman is more powerful then any other hero, but batman is paranoia personified. in the comic it has been stated multiple time that he has worked out scenarios to take out every hero, he is so paranoia that he keeps a piece of green kryptonite to take down his best friend. In one of Grant Morrison JLA runs Superman describes Batman as "the most dangerous man on Earth," able to defeat a team of superpowered aliens all by himself in order to rescue his imprisoned teammates.

Batman uses his head to make up for the lack of real superpowers. Of course, even with that the result is situational, since he might not be able to exploit Superman's weakness all the time.

To answer the question, we need first know the conditions of the fight. If they started in their respective cities, superman could fly into space and as he has no morals destroy the earth. If it started from an argument, could Batman reach his belt to pull out the Kryptonite before Superman punches him? If he is faster than a bullet, physically no he couldn't as Batman is only human. But we can't count Batman out of the fight we do not know what awesomeness he has prepared. The scene where he pulled out the Kryptonite left a huge impression on me.

Well if bloodlust is on, Superman would rip off Batman's head before he even realises the fight has started. on less serious note

I think Batman because he has the brain, and if you combine that with bloodlust then we're taking about serious stuff xD
