Mine are Accelerator, Touma and Misaka Mikoto from ToAru Majutsu No index, Sakai Yuji from SnS, and Hiraga Saito from Zero no Tsukaima(bad novel, good charcter).

Other standouts include Kyon (Haruhi), Fate/zero Rider and Maria/Aya Otonashi from Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria.
