I have to agree! I love canon pair of Shido and Madoka. They complement each other so well and their love is very tender...just look at other wacky couples we see on series! As for Ginji and Ban being couple, I really don't think that true either. They have deep connection like those people whom have pairs for along time...like cops or athletes whom plays in couple competition. You would swear that some of them were psychic to each other (finishing other statement or getting what the other needed before even saying it). These relationships are purely platonic, but they are closer to each other than anyone else! Grin

Nice. That pretty much hits the nail on the head for me Smiley

They can be canon, fanon, or crack, it doesn't matter. I realize that this can be a touchy subject in fandoms, so I'm hoping we can have this topic without breaking out the flamethrowers Tongue

My current favourite in canon is Shido and Madoka, and I don't really have any for non-canon. I used to like BanxGinji when I first watched the anime, but I changed my mind when I started the manga because I began to like them better as best friends; to me, it made their relationship seem more "unique" when there wasn't a 'lovers' tag slapped on them, I suppose.

I didn't make this into a poll because there's probably more than a few options out there.

That's the thing. I actually don't have the WinRAR program/software/whatever. I just need to know which version I should download (if you check the site, there's quite a few of them).

Try this link, it might be easier to choose an option:

Thank you very much, Lin! This was very helpful  Grin

Battle Royale (Tread lightly- this one deals with heavy stuff. If you can handle the over-the-top, graphic (italicized for a reason) violence and sexuality, it's a very good story of psychological warfare and character introspection, about the lives of a 9th grade class that's forced to do a battle-to-the-death in a dystopic futuristic Japan. My absolute favourite manga/novel.)

Seconded. This is where I found a character who is actually more badass than Ban and Akabane combined.

Kiriyama or Shinji? One was an emotionless badass that sprayed people like they were garden weeds, and the other was a cocky badass who could hack government computers and build bombs. Or Kawada, the hardened "veteran"? Mitsuko? Damn, there were a LOT of badasses in that manga XD

-Air Gear (It's a crazy-awsome-hardcore-shonen-with-a-twist-of-ecchi about a rag-tag team of delinquents and their flying rollerskates. HELLZ YEAH!!)

-Ouran High School Host Club (Satisfies the girly side of me; a comical shojo with crazy-exaggerated characters and a reverse-harem to boot Tongue)

-Naruto (Despite all it's hype, I really do like the story.)

-Loveless (A shonen-ai with many elements of fantasy. As the story went on, I found that the romance theme started to lessen, but it's very interesting overall.)

-Trigun/Trigun Maximum (I'm too tapped out to give a summary, but it's pretty awesome.)

I tried to download a chapter, but I realized it was a RAR file. I'm just wondering what version of WinRAR should I download to read the scans? I'm hoping it won't be one that eats an obscene amount of memory XD
