I saw blue velvet and i was crazy. Another weird movie (in this case a short) is "Un chien andalou" (an andalusian dog) of buņel and dali, 20 minutes of constant "WAT?".
Title: Re: psychedelic films Post by: arigonzales on November 22, 2010, 08:53:26 pm david lynch is quite good, the elephant man is a great movie, Twin peaks is a nice series, and i'm a big "Dune" 's fan, and he made the first film about it,
The Clockwork Orange is a quite weird movie, and it's one of my favourites Title: Re: psychedelic films Post by: Levz on November 28, 2010, 04:57:33 pm I've never thought of Clockwork orange as a psychedelic film but it could be, it's strange as hell and one of the best movies i've ever seen. The book's pretty good (and the dictonary is really usefull). Another Kubric film that's strange and really psychedelic is 2001: space odissey. Great movie, it's just plain awesome from start to finish, EVERYTHING in the movie is great. Brazil is pretty crazy too and one of my favorite films of all time, I loved the film so much i didn't care that all my friends were bored at all.

Title: Re: psychedelic films Post by: Amamiya on July 05, 2011, 10:51:03 am Try the films of Alejandro Joderowsky! The "Holy Mountain" is a great starting point. (http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u267/sytydude/reaction%20images/GTOsmily3-1.png?t=1284246737) |
